Raytron New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. will exhibit at wire China 2026 from September 21 to 24 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Hall E1, Booth E1F23. The theme is "Conductors Engineered Around the Application."
Raytron will present copper-clad aluminum round wire, flat wire, strip and foil, copper-clad steel, nickel-clad copper and hot-dip tinned clad conductor directions that have established process and validation foundations. Alongside physical samples, the booth will use cross-sections, metallography, ratio conversions, equal-cross-section/equal-resistance/equal-weight comparisons and validation checklists to replace a vague question — "Can this replace copper?" — with a more useful one: "Which conductor architecture is worth validating in my application?"

A clad conductor cannot be selected by price per kilogram or one conductivity number alone. Copper ratio, core material, temper, cross-section, surface, length, termination and service environment jointly determine resistance, temperature rise, mass, strength, processing difficulty, lifetime and total cost.

How the 30-Minute Conductor Engineering Review Works
- 0-5 minutes: confirm the end product, current conductor and problem to solve;
- 5-10 minutes: identify hard limits for space, resistance/temperature rise, mass, mechanics, environment and certification;
- 10-18 minutes: select an equal-cross-section, equal-resistance or equal-weight comparison and discuss candidate structures;
- 18-24 minutes: identify drawing, rolling, tinning, insulation, welding, crimping, stamping and corrosion risks;
- 24-28 minutes: define missing data, sample quantity and test items;
- 28-30 minutes: assign owners and timing for quotation, samples, an online technical meeting or factory visit.

The most efficient starting point is not a long company presentation. It is one current drawing or specification. At minimum, provide product form, dimensions, tolerances, material, target resistance or conductivity, temper, joining method, environment, annual demand and current pain point.
Confidential information can be reduced to key parameters without customer identification, or an NDA can be arranged after the initial discussion. When data is incomplete, Raytron will use a parameter-gap checklist rather than making an unsupported commitment.
