What quality reports do you provide?
COA (Certificate of Analysis), COC (Certificate of Conformance) and dimensional/performance test reports are provided when specified in the agreed purchase specification. PPAP-related documentation is available when contractually agreed.
How do you ensure lot-to-lot consistency?
We manage lot-to-lot consistency through incoming inspection, in-process checks, final release testing and traceability records. Process records or trend data can be provided according to product form and purchase specification.
